  • Personal Information: Your name, email address, phone number, postal address, and payment details.
  • Pet Information: Required documents such as proof of rabies and distemper vaccinations.

We may also combine information collected automatically with other data we receive from trusted third-party sources (e.g., data providers and marketing partners such as Instantly.io) to create a more complete profile of you. We then use this profile to communicate with you, including providing personalized advertising and promotional content based on your interests and browsing behavior. You may opt out of this at any time.

BarkPass uses Twilio, Inc. as a third-party service provider to deliver SMS and voice communications. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related communications such as payment confirmations, renewal reminders, dog park access alerts, or account updates.

  • Message Frequency: May vary depending on your activity.
